2 tablespoons sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup pecan pieces
Mix these four ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9X13 pan.
Combine 2 sticks butter and 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla by beating with mixer for 15 minutes on medium speed. Pour this over the crumb crust.
Then add layers in this order: 2 ripe bananas, sliced thin
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 cup shredded coconuT
1 and ½ cup sliced strawberries
1 cup broken pecan pieces
Then whip 2 cups heavy cream with a little sugar and spread on top. Garnish with extra strawberries.
Refrigerate for several hours and serve cut in 3 inch squares.
